Privacy Policy & Legal stuff
 

We follow a very strict HIPPA based Healthcare standards of privacy policy and do not share any of your personal, health, financial, or any other data/ information with anyone or entity.

We DO Require that everyone participating in our activities disclose pertinent restrictions that apply to them so we can ensure they are booked for the appropriate activities. 

We cater activities for all levels from the sedentary to the extremely active and want to ensure everyone's safety above all else......  That being said I do require all participants in any activiteies outdoors, overnight or sports based in nature sign a waiver of liability and do be aware there is always risk involved in nature and things happen that are out of my control.
